A long time coming
So it has been a while since I have last posted. Since you last heard from me, I finished out my 2010 competition season. I competed in a total of 4 competitions in 2010. It was a wonderful season and I was fortunate enough to meet so many wonderful people and build some great friendships! I am also so pleased that I ended the season winning a figure PRO card. I will be competing in two shows this Spring, and NGA PRO show and an IFPA show.
I spent a long off season letting my body recoup after a hectic schedule and to build some nice quality muscle. I am now 14 weeks out from my PRO debut and have begun my preseason prep. It should be an exciting journey. Each prep I learn so much about myself as a competitor and a person.
So here is to a fruitful 2011!!
